Andrew Dubowec

Entrepreneur, Investor, and VP at League, Inc.

Andrew Dubowec is an entrepreneur investor in early-stage technology companies including Citizen Hex and Ada, Inc. Currently, he is VP of Strategy and Corporate Development at League, Inc., a leading enterprise OS that is revolutionizing employee healthcare, insurance, and benefits.

Prior to joining League, he was VP of Thalmic Labs (now North), an innovative wearable computing company, that has raised $120+ million from investors. Dubowec began his career as a strategy consultant for Monitor Group, working with technology-focused Fortune 500 companies.

While earning his MBA from HBS, he was a student-in-residence at the Harvard Innovation Lab. His startup idea, “openmind”—an online network that enables physicians, case managers, and counselors to coordinate patient care—was described as one of the “most promising startup ideas from Harvard” won an award from the Arthur Rock Center for Entrepreneurship. Dubowec holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen's University in Kingston, Canada where he chaired the Queen's Advancing Canadian Entrepreneurship Conference (QACE)
