Shilpi Pandey, Chief People Officer, BlackBuck

Shilpi Pandey is the Chief People Officer at BlackBuck. She is a visionary and a strategic HR leader with extensive experience in HR Business Partnering, People Policies and Processes, Organizational Development and Talent Management. She is a firm believer in fostering a culture of inclusion and collaboration in organizations.

During the last sixteen years of her career, Shilpi has led HR teams in companies such as Infosys, Wipro, Aditya Birla Group and CommonFloor. At BlackBuck, she leads and supervises the overall Strategy Formulation and Management of HR operations. She holds an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur and is a Psychology and Economics graduate from Lucknow University. Apart from being an avid reader, Shilpi has a passion for interior decoration
