Jennifer Fleiss is the co-founder of Rent the Runway. In 2018, she became the head of Jetblack, a firm operating within Walmart's startup incubator, Store No. 8.

Fleiss has received various honors and recognitions including Fortune’s “40 Under 40,” and “Most Powerful Women Entrepreneurs” and Fast Company’s “Most Influential Women in Technology.” Forbes named her among its “Disruptors 2013” and she was listed among Fashionista.com’s “Most Influential People in New York Fashion."
